Landmark of Pekan Nanas

Hello, good day to everybody. My name is Koo Yin Hui. I came from a small pineapple town, called Pekan Nanas. It is located at Pontian, Johor. Currently, I am studying Bachelor of Electrical-Electronics Engineering in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai. I would choose this university to study this course as UTM is the top university in engineering field in Malaysia. Moreover, Faculty of Electrical Engineering is the no.1 faculty in UTM in academic area.

I am thorough, responsible, well-organized, self-disciplined and dependable. I would work steadily towards identified goals. I can usually accomplish any task once I have set the goal in my mind.

In addition, I am also a well-developed power of concentration person. I am interested in knowledge and experience, particularly in relation to family, friends and colleagues. They are the people around me, so the relationship plays a prominent role in my life. I am serious observer of people, listening intently and getting to know a great deal about them. I pay attention to their emotions and feelings, and are keenly aware of the state of relationships between them and I take my responsibilities to them very sincerely. Also, I am good natured, sympathetic, forgiving, and courteous. I always consider the feelings of others.

Unfortunately, my father met an accident when I was Form 5. He accidentally knocked a cow on the way going back home. As a result, his hands were fractured. He took two to three months to recover. His determination to get well was very high. My family and I took care of him during the recovery period. Furthermore, we also prayed hard for my father that he can get back to normal very soon. That time was a tough period for my family. We lost the main financial resources. However, we had strived hard for the days.
